Graduating from a Swiss hotel school in 1989, Michael has over 15 years experience at the top end of the hospitality industry in Europe and Australia. Moving into the rapidly developing area of information technology support for the hospitality and tourism industry, Michael decided to capitalise on the latent need for a dedicated provider and developer of specialist event management software, and founded Parrimark Technology. Michael is actively involved in the business tourism industry and is Chairman of the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) in the UK.
