Prior to installation of our systems, our project managers provide full consultation, so that you understand exactly how to prepare for the software. This consultation is accompanied by a Client Preparation document.
During installation our experienced team can customise the software so that it is an exact match to your requirements. They will also begin the training process by assisting the users to enter data into the system. Further training is provided in the form of one-on-one, small groups and structured courses.
Our software solutions come with user manuals and further information is available for download from the "Customer Centre" area of our website. The "Customer Centre" enables clients to receive all new software updates applicable to their system.
